Health Screens

We can offer a range of health screens tailored to your age, gender and specific requirements. We will ask you to complete our initial 'My Family Doctor Health Assessment'.

The Doctor will then visit you to go through your completed assessment, take further history from you as needed, perform a thorough physical examination, and arrange for you to have further tests and investigations.

We will provide you with your 'My Family Doctor Health Report' which will bring together your full assessment and results and provide lots of relevant advice on lifestyle modifications and illness prevention.

We can arrange for a health screen at your home, office or hotel. If you would like arrange a health screen, call us now on 0845 468 0080. Please note our terms of service apply.
